Bethany, a former Division I athlete, discovered her passion for fitness early on. Despite enduring sports injuries, including a ruptured lumbar disc requiring surgery, she found solace in pilates and Functional Training (FT). These modalities not only alleviated her back pain but also empowered her to recover swiftly after three pregnancies.
With a background in Exercise Science and Biomedical Sciences, Bethany transitioned from practicing as a Physician Assistant to pursuing her true calling in teaching pilates and FT. Certified in Pilates through Balanced Body, as well as in EXOS performance and DVRT, she is dedicated to sharing her expertise to enhance her clients' overall well-being.
Bethany's approach is inclusive, catering to clients of all abilities – from athletes seeking to supplement their fitness routines to individuals aiming to improve mobility, bone density, and muscle mass through Functional Training. With a firm belief in the mind-body connection, she is committed to empowering her clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

At Revive Pilates, every session is tailored to who is in the room using the core principles of Pilates as the foundation. Bethany mixes in modern, athletic Pilates for a challenge, helping you move better, build strength and feel more capable in your body.

Experience personalized attention tailored to your needs with Bethany. Receive hands-on and verbal cues, progressing towards your goals while ensuring safety and comfort. Sessions are on reformer, tower, mat, or chair.

$55/client
Experience Pilates with a friend or partner in a supportive, personalized setting. You'll receive tailored sessions on the reformer, tower, chair, or mat, with modifications as needed. Bethany will guide you with both verbal instructions and hands-on adjustments for optimal form and results.
Elliptical
Experience a smooth, low-impact workout on the Precor EFX835 elliptical, designed to mimic a natural running stride. Book 30- or 60-minute sessions through Vagaro, and enjoy your favorite shows or music on your iPad or phone with AirPods while you work out. Stay in Zone 2 heart rate (60-70% of your max) for improved cardiovascular health, fat-burning, and endurance, all while avoiding joint strain. $15 flat fee per use.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Dive deep into movements designed to enhance daily functionality, improve mobility, and fortify your body against injury. With Bethany's expert guidance, every exercise becomes an opportunity to unlock your body's full potential, empowering you to move with greater ease and confidence in your everyday life.

Experience a customized fitness session designed by Bethany to address the specific needs and goals of her clients. She skillfully adjusts the workout to suit each individual, whether progressing or modifying exercises based on their fitness level. Throughout the session, Bethany offers hands-on support, guidance, and corrections to ensure proper technique. Each workout focuses on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, enhancing core stability, and increasing dynamic flexibility.
Virtual Training & Pilates
Train with Bethany from anywhere! Bethany offers customized virtual functional training and/or mat Pilates sessions designed to help you build strength, mobility, and core stability — all from the comfort of your home.
Sessions are personalized based on your goals, injury history, and available equipment.
The Bridge Athletic App is used to deliver your workouts, track progress, and communicate with you. You’ll receive structured programs you can follow at your own pace, with video demonstrations by Bethany and personalized notes.

Pricing includes access to the Bridge App, communication with Bethany through the app, personalized programming, and video demonstrations of every exercise (performed by Bethany), so you know exactly how to move with proper form.
Progress doesn’t come from random workouts—it comes from intentional programming. When you train with Bethany virtually, you’ll get 1–4 personalized workouts per week. Those same workouts repeat for the entire month to help you:
